This is one of the oldest family run restaurants in Kilkenny. Berna and Carlo wanted a complete overhaul of their restaurant. We moved the kitchen into a new extension and the bar counter moved from the centre of the restaurant to the main entrance. This helped with the queuing – on busy nights customers could enjoy a drink while waiting for a table. The overall feel was stylish, contemporary but still comfortable with a strong emphasis on family dining. Many bespoke pieces were commissioned and installed from the large mirror feature over the banquette seating, large glass wine cabinets to the main black glass bar counter and back bar.

The inspo for the colour scheme was taken from the Italian national colour.
